The process of response from the Public Financial Management System (PFMS) to Ni-kshay for the beneficiary registration request is as below:

If the status in the Ni-kshay DBT module is mentioned as bank details of the beneficiary are ‘successfully validated’ by the PFMS, the benefit can be processed further.

If the bank details of the beneficiary are ‘rejected’ by the PFMS, correct bank details need to be obtained from the beneficiary and updated in Ni-kshay. As soon as the correct bank details are updated, Ni-kshay will automatically send the revised bank details to PFMS for validation.
