Pillar 2: Training Operations

This component of the modernized training system details out how the training should be conducted and provides tools and standard methods for it. This includes various activities as below:

1. Planning training
2. Scheduling courses on the LMS
3. Enrolling Trainees
4. Conducting Pre-test evaluations
5. General guide for executing training
   1. Instructor led virtual training
   2. Instructor led classroom training
   3. Self paced training
   4. Blended training mode
6. Conducting post-test evaluation and final certification of trainees. 
7. Cadre wise trainers guides

The standardized training content and the curriculum developed in pillar 1 of the Modernized Training System are finally hosted on an online Learning Management System(LMS). This IT system that serves as a platform for scheduling and execution of training. Various stakeholders such as training co-ordinators, facilitators and trainees interact with each other to manage and complete the above training process.
