Introduction of new programmatic interventions

STDCs need to play a major role in strategically customizing, scale up and implement any new interventions identified by Central Government or as per state requirements for TB Elimination.

Whenever a newer intervention is planned, STDC need to support the STC in the following ways ​

• • Mapping of all stakeholders
  • Developing a Training & capacity building plan​
  • Develop training and communication material in local vernacular language
  • ​Developing learning resource package
  • Implement the capacity building plan
  • Preparing and implement the supervision & monitoring plan​
  • Document the initial lessons and disseminate it for wider use
