- The storekeeper of the State Drug Store (SDS)/ District Drug Store (DDS) must enter the stock of cartridges/ Truenat as received from a third party.
- The storekeeper of SDS/ DDS will issue the cartridges/ chips to the NAAT site which in turn would acknowledge the receipt in a hardcopy as well as through Nikshay Aushadhi, especially after checking the quantity, date of manufacture and expiry along with the batch number.
- Each NAAT site needs to maintain sufficient stock to prevent stock out or overstocking of the cartridges/ chips for uninterrupted diagnostic services.
- The NAAT site incharge will send the Monthly Utilisation Report (MUR) to the SDS/ DDS.
- The SDS will share the Quarterly Utilisation Report (QUR) with the central level through Nikshay Aushadhi.
