PFMS Agency Bank Account Scheme Component Mapping
Learning ObjectivesWhat is Bank account Scheme Component mapping, its importance and how to process in PFMS?
The National Health Mission (NHM) funds are released to the states and then to the districts under different scheme components. Therefore, scheme components must be linked to the Public Financial Management System (PFMS) agencies to make transactions under that scheme. This linking is called the agency scheme component mapping.
It is crucial to map the components with the bank account of the scheme, which is already registered in the PFMS. Scheme components should be mapped for all levels (State level/District level/Block or Sub-Division level). Otherwise, errors will occur when the agency initiates its payments to the beneficiaries.
The following steps are required to map the components under the scheme:
1. Agency Login id -> go to My Schemes -> Manage
