Detailed step-wise procedure:

Step 1: Login to the Ni-kshay using the Checker’s credentials

Step 2:  From the Dashboard option, click on the DBT

Step 3: Select the ‘Nutritional Support Scheme’ from the Scheme Selection tab

Step 4: Click on the ‘Pending tab’ at the upper left corner of the Nutritional Support Scheme window. Select ‘From’ and ‘To’ dates to display the pending beneficiaries list for that period of time.

Step 5: From the dropdown menu of the beneficiary status tab, select the ‘Validated’ option to display only those beneficiaries whose account details have been validated by the PFMS.

Step 6: Select the beneficiary/ beneficiaries to be processed for payment from the list. After reviewing the bene­fit and bene­ficiary details, the checker can either reject the beneficiary details or proceed with the payment by selecting the appropriate option from the drop-down menu of the ‘Action’ tab.

Note: The checker can customise the search either by using ‘Search by Patient ID’ or by using the various Search Filters available in the window. The checker can also check the status of the previous approvals using the ‘Paid’, ‘Removed’, and ‘Deferred’ tabs.
