Identification of Gaps using the Known Program Indicators- Case Finding

There are key high level impact and output indicators  for the each specific pillars of the NSP 2017-25. The district health action plan (DHAP) should assess the performance of past years and identify the gaps in the related activities. The NHM PIP budget proposal should be developed based on the requirement arises from the need assessment to achieve the desired targets of this indicators. 

Indicators for the Case findings 

• % Presumptive TB examination by microscopy and molecular test
• Total TB notification: TB notification in public sector and private sector
• % of patients notified from private sector 
• % of patients microbiologically confirmed in private sector notified
• % of patients offered UDST in private sector
• Number of RR/MDR patients notified and treated.
• Number of H resistant patients notified and treated.
