16 years female, no known comorbidities, was brought with complaints of <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
a) Low grade fever, on and off x 7 days
\n b) Headache x 7 days associated with 3 episodes of projectile vomiting, & decreased responsiveness
\n and vocalization for last 3 days.
\n c) 1 episode of abnormal movements in left upper and lower limbs (focal seizures)
\n d) Loss of weight around 12 kgs in last two months along with loss of appetite<\/p>\n\n
- \n\t
  H\/o Pulmonary TB in father - 10 years back (treatment complete declared)<\/p>\n\t<\/li>\n\t
- \n\t
  On examination
  \n\t
  \n\ta) GCS - E2V2M4, vitals - normal
  \n\tb) CNS: neck rigidity present ; B\/l pupil - normal size, sluggishly reactive to light
  \n\tc) B\/l plantars mute; no evidence of focal deficit
