At the baseline, all health facilities will undergo assessment for essential and desirable diagnostics, therapeutics, human resources, and skill mapping, along with Ni-kshay data entry to identify training and resource needs for implementing differentiated TB care.<\/p>\n\n

The AI-assigned risk status for adverse TB treatment outcomes, such as death or loss to follow-up, will also be reviewed.<\/p>\n\n

This assessment will encompass all health facilities, including Health and Wellness Centers (AB-HWC) and higher-level institutions.<\/p>\n\n

A checklist for AB-HWC will facilitate gap analysis (Annexure 5).<\/p>\n\n

This activity should occur after the development of state action plans for differentiated TB care and will be documented as state and district health facility assessment reports, serving as a referral network based on the findings.<\/p>\n\n

All health facilities must have the capability to triage patients based on mandatory clinical assessment and investigation parameters, with necessary resources provided through free diagnostics and drug schemes.<\/li>\n\t
Engaging Chief Medical Officers and Block Medical Officers is essential for ensuring that required resources are effectively allocated throughout the implementation process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
