Reporting of dispatch in Nikshay Aushadhi from SDS/DDS: Transfers

Interstate transfer of drugs is done after the creation of Drug Transfer Advice (DTA). DTAs are prepared by Central TB Division (CTD)/Head Quarters (HQ) level for State Drug Store (SDS)-to-State Drug Store (SDS) Level, SDS for District Drug Store (DDS)-to-DDS level and DDS for Tuberculosis Unit (TU) to TU only. TU and Peripheral Health Institution (PHI) level stores cannot transfer drugs through this process. Once the DTA has been, drugs are issued by the transferring store with respect to the transfer order number. This process in Ni-kshay Aushadhi is recorded through the issue Voucher DTA mechanism.  The process is same for SDS, DDS and TU stores.

Detailed stepwise procedure:

Step 1: Go to the Ni-kshay Aushadhi website and click on login. Enter your User ID, Password, and then the captcha text and click login.

Step 2: Reach the DTA 'Issue Voucher DTA' window following the path Home > Services > Issue dispatch > Issue dispatch DTA and select the name of your store. Select the transfer request number from the dropdown and click the ‘Go’ tab.

Step 3: In the next window, fill the quantity of the drugs being transferred against the order quantity from the list of available batches and click 'Save' to finish the process. An issue voucher gets generated, which can be printed or saved as needed.
