The following errors are mostly encountered at the time of DBT payment in the PFMS.

Error Code Reasons Action required Actions to be taken by
CPE0044  Agency Administrator has not defined a bank account to be used for payment of given 'Payment Purpose' in PFMS. Please contact Agency Administrator. NTEP components have to be mapped with the respective agency. From State/District Agency Admin login
CPE0064 DBT scheme activity code not mapped with the component master NTEP Components have to be mapped with the respective agency. From State/District Agency Admin login
CPE0041 Multiple transaction for the same beneficiary and period not allowed Users have to check that they have not paid this benefit already using external method. DBT Maker/User
