TB Prevention is one of the four strategic priorities of the National Strategic Plan to end TB in India. Strengthening the cascade of care for TPT would require interventions along the entire cascade of care to optimize the impact of TPT on accelerating the decline in its incidence nationwide. So, Programmatic Management of TB Preventive Therapy – PMTPT intervention is critical to cut down the chain of transmission of TB.

  • Proportion of patients identified for TPT initiated on treatment
