Setting the targets
Learning Objectives-
The targets should be aligned with National Strategic Plan 2017-25 for ensuring the effective coverage of the program across the districts. The following targets should be reviewed at the districts / TU level and based past performance and expected Goals; values needs to be decided.
The NHM PIP has set deliverables for the output indicators and each district health action plan (DHAP) should ensure the expected level achievement after assessing the progress of the past years. District has to follow below mentioned table to include in their DHAP.
