Objectives of TB Counselling:

  • Prevention of TB transmission.
  • Provision of emotional support to TB patients.
  • Motivation of TB clients to complete treatment.
  • Helping patients make their own informed decisions about their behaviour and supporting them in carrying out their decisions.
