Preparation for the 100 Days Campaign- Community Team and Campaign Kit

To accomplish the tasks given by CHO/Medical Officer related to the campaign.

The community team for 100 days campaign-

• MO/CHO, ANM/MPW and ASHA Facilitators will monitor and support ASHA/Community volunteers in undertaking the activities.
• ASHA/Community volunteers may seek support from the TB Champions, PRI members, Anganwadi workers, Mahila Arogya Samiti/Self Help Group members and other individuals who can influence the community to participate in the campaign.

100 days campaign kit for ASHAs/Community volunteers

ASHA/Community Volunteer to carry the following during house visit/field work-

• Survey Formats and pen
• Falcon tubes/sputum containers
• Packaging materials and markers
• IEC materials on TB and on the campaign
