Discuss the role of the DTC under the NTEP hierarchy. Discuss the role of the DTO and enumerate staff there.

The learner will be able to 
- Identify STDCs as the technical arm of STC
- Enumerate functions of STDC
- List the three sections of of the STDC and their functions and
- Map the organisational structure of STDC

Provide an overview of the purpose of NHM and mention the role of NTEP in it. Mention when NTEP was included in NHM and the implications for that change. Discuss in brief NHM governance at the Centre and state.

Describe, Goals and broad activities under NHM, and NTEP's interaction with NHM at the national, state and district level.
