Issue dispatch

This process is used to record drugs issued or dispatched to State Drug Stores (SDS), District Drug Stores (DDS), Tuberculosis Unit (TU) and Peripheral Health Institution (PHI) stores and other sources through Ni-kshay Aushadhi. In routine, drugs are issued to the stores as a part of routine quarterly supplies or supplies against Additional Drug Requests (ADRs). In addition, the drugs may also be dispatched to same-level stores within or outside the states to correct the stock imbalances. Ni-kshay Aushadhi offers the following options for the issue/dispatch of supplies.

Dispatch on drug request: This process is used to record drugs issued or dispatched to SDS, DDS, TU and PHI Stores against the request generated through Ni-kshay Aushadhi.

Dispatch without drug request: This process is used to record drugs issued or dispatched to the district drug store in Ni-kshay Aushadhi, without any request from sub stores through Ni-kshay Aushadhi.

Issue to the third party: In addition to the subordinate stores, stores may issue drugs to multiple other sources like Anti Retroviral Therapy (ART) centres, health facilities (government and private), NGOs etc. Issue to the third party records drugs issued to these facilities through Ni-kshay Aushadhi.

Drug Transfer Advice (DTA) : This process is used to record the transfer of excess drug stocks or near-expiry drugs from one store to another at same level. These transfers can be inter-state or intra-state.
